As Head of Product at voiio, you'll play a pivotal role in bridging the vision of our leadership with the innovation of our tech team. Reporting directly to our CEO Björn and working in close collaboration with our CTO Johannes, you'll drive the development and success of new and existing products. Your focus will be on enhancing our platform's capabilities, ensuring we deliver cutting-edge solutions that meet the evolving needs of businesses and their teams.
What makes your position unique:
Strategic Product Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company's objectives, including defining product roadmaps and prioritizing product development to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products.
Market Intelligence and Customer Focus: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, placing a strong emphasis on creating products that not only meet but exceed customer expectations and deliver real value.
Culture of Innovation and Collaboration: Drive product innovation through experimental and iterative development processes in close collaboration with all stakeholders, turning business needs into tangible product initiatives. Build a culture of continuous improvement within the product organization that enhances collaboration and transparency.
Analysis and Strategic Advising: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and utilize data-driven insights for iterative product improvement. Provide strategic recommendations to the executive team regarding product opportunities, risks, and investments.
Your standout qualities include:
Startup Veteran: Proven track record of driving product development in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Working with management: Experience in working closely with executives to align product strategy with business goals.
Product experience: Multiple years of experience in product management, ideally with a focus on SaaS products.
Hands on: Willingness and skill to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty in the product development process.
Strong workshop facilitation and presentation skills including the ability for compelling visual communication.
Experience in setting and tracking OKRs to measure the success of product initiatives.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
Fluent in German (C1 level) and good understanding of the German culture.
